They don't work.
It's a scam by the woman to get rich quick.
Also 7/no fucking boobs

Do you want to get cucked by Chad & Tyrone? If yes, get into an online/LDR.

>It's a scam by the woman to get rich quick.
Explain?

>Do you want to get cucked by Chad & Tyrone?
How does that happen?

Scam. She's always fucking someone irl and laughing at you.

No guarantee she is an actual girl either.

While you're "dating" her, she's off getting railed by Chad & Tyrone. You send money and gifts, deal with her emotional bullshit, all while Chad & Tyrone are fucking orgasms out of her.

>You send money and gifts
Is this usually what happens? How about just not doing that then.

Still won't change that you're "dating" them while she's getting fucked senseless by one or multiple guys several times a week. If you want to get cucked, get into an online/LDR.

Online relationships A.K.A an emotional crutch that you can throw away as soon as the other person is no longer needed. Took my retard brain learning it the hard way before I got the message.

Pointless as fuck.

I want to try one just so I could say I've had a gf once

>so I could say I've had a gf once
does it really count though

Have an online girl in another country. We lost our virginities to each other, it was perfect! She's one of the sexiest girls I know. Although it gets hard to live apart for so long

How did you meet? Can you be sure she's not cheating behind your back?

they are an illusion for lonely people
a shared delusion if you will

Boring and basically not the point of a relationship.

We met on a family vacation. She was bleeding like crazy so I know she stayed faithful

pretty good
I had one and it went well, we had to break up. i dont want to go into detail though. theyre non issues

>not the point of a relationship
what is then?

Sex and cuddling is what I assume most people here want

I have one going on three years.
Currently watching him sleep cause he didn't feel good and wanted me to watch over him. I love him soooo much but its killing me to not be with him physically. I hurt so bad for it. But neither of us can get enough money together to uproot ourselves to be together.

>tfw i'm e-dating a girl and don't know what she looks like yet
hope i'm not wasting my time. she better not turn out ugly or fat.

Well fat can always be fixed

massive cope to deal with not being attractive enough to be able to find someone irl

Did one, bad idea. There's no reason for the relationship to go on if there's no physicality. You can only survive off talking for so long...6 month in my experience.

I think they can work, and if they do, they have the potential to be much stronger than a relationship started the usual way. However, that being said, LDR are a fuck ton of work and commitment, and are definitely not for everyone.

Being in a LDR means scheduling your lives around each other. To compensate for the distance and to normalize each other's presence in each other's lives, you need to be talking everyday. This usually works best if you both schedule a chunk of time everyday for each other, as opposed to just spur of the moment. It's imperative you build that mutual feeling of commitment up. Shared activities are a must as well. That means watching stuff together, playing games, things like that.

You also need to be scheduling times to meet together in person. These meetings should happen in regular intervals, and should be as frequent as both can manage. Like I said before, building up that commitment is huge. If you both feel like you're invested in making things work you'll go much further, and your bond will be much stronger.

Arguably the most important thing, something even people in normal relationships can't really handle, is being open and communicative with your partner. This doesn't just extent to obvious things like concerns about the relationship or issues with your partner, but also to elements of your mundane daily life. The other person isn't there with you so you have to make each other feel like they're really a part of your life. Them knowig about how your day was is just as important as voicing your fears.

Honestly, if I could find a decent girl to do it with, I think I'd almost prefer having a LDR as the start of the relationship. If you can get it to work, it provides a rock solid base for your entire future together.

did one for six years and it turned out i found her completely repulsive to look at. i thought since i liked her personality i would find her beautiful no matter what but i just couldn't. i'm still a virgin

>6 years
that's tough user
