Rapists should be killed and murderers should be killed. I couldn't tell by the OP exactly what injustice was being hinted to or if it was just an ethics question instead of legal. If it's just ethics, sexual selection is allowed by both and acting on imperatives is allowed by both.

I don't like the government being in the business of forcing people to make good choices. If cheaters exist, it forces people to make better value-related decisions about their partners. People who don't pick their partners based on values deserve failed relationships whether it be by cheating or whatever else. It forces people to be better. If government regulates that, they might as well regulate what people eat, what music they listen to, etc. Government is not mom or dad - it's the parents' jobs to instill their kids with good outlook. Government should be there to protect people from having natural rights infringed upon (like violence, hence rapists and murderers should both be killed).

Why is it unjust if ugly men can't get women? Women aren't infringing on their right to be free from violence. Why should they get to enact violence? Why should women be forced to find ugly men attractive (or vice versa)? That's silly.
