I used to eat them a lot for the gains (plain blue top tins from ALDI picture related). I also used to eat hard boiled eggs too (no yolks), but now I feel like absolute shit when I consume either and it seems like whenever I consume any heavy high protein type of meal I feel like death. There is probably something really wrong with me, but I don't know what. I think it is extreme anxiety, but it has to be much more than that.
