All it means is that they didnt account for those variables in the math, crawl back under your rock you weirdo.

Oh boy, here come the (((globeheads)))

I don't know what impresses me more, the sheer accuracy of a map from the 1400s or the fact that they weren't dumb enough to believe the earth was flat

That looks pretty flat to me. How high up?

The math is more tedious for a sphere. The earth is so much larger than an aircraft that you can treat it as a stationary flat plane.

The paper also assumes the aircraft is completely rigid.

It just clarifies that the paper is intrinsically flawed because doing all the real math would be too difficult and unnecessary
I swear I've seen this bread before

Read the sentence before the first highlight. They just didn’t account for those factors in their calculations.

I hope to God this is a LARP.

You need to eliminate these variables to simplify the equations.

Daily reminder that flat earth is a cia psyop. Also a linearized model has been chosen because it simplifies the problem. CIA niggers need to seriously fuck off

All pieces of evidence aside, I don't understand how I was more eager to find out if jews sucked on baby blood for centuries on end than I am now to find out if the Earth is actually flat or not. Wtf man.

Bless your heart....

I remember this at the time, another one of those wtf things.

Hey dumbass.
When looking at an AHRS (which this is doing), it's easier to look at a airplane as being above a static groundplane, because gravity is the largest factor, and all other factors are (nearly) negligable.
This is like saying imaginary numbers don't exist (aka are useless) because people can use the number line.
t. IQ over 60.

I can see curvature. Why so many vision impaired oculets on this board?

daily reminder that flat earth is a (((meme))) designed to make actual conspiracies look retarded, and if you fall for it you're the worst kind of useful idiot

Not only can you see curvature over the horizon, you can see curvature along the horizon.

Reflection from the clouds.
If you were to move around, the spot would move along with you.

>If you jump when on the back of a flatbed, you'd fall out
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
yeah no, you'd land back on the flatbed, having moved +/- .5 feet due to wind resistance.
>Paper + balloon
Try a bucket with water, and spin it around.
>Get high
Getting high always allows you to see cool shit. That's the entire point of getting high.

perspective, how does it work?

What if I told you it doesn't matter if the Earth is flat or a sphere. Astral projection is a bigger and more important topic, since it can be objectively verified by you, others, and third parties, and directly proves the brain is not the consciousness, just a component of it?

>Try a bucket with water, and spin it around.
The bucket is a container. Ergo, your point is invalid.

So is the balloon. It's electromagnetically charged.

linearization is a cornerstone of science, "flat" things are just easier to handle than curved ones

While there are lots of convincing visual evidence, it falls apart because of the map.

A flat earth map should be super simple to make, yet no one has ever made one that reflects reality. Nor have they disproven distances on Google Earth.

At this point I'd be more likely to believe we live INSIDE the earth (concave), just because the map would be identical to the globe.

I am unironically a flat earther now

Couldn't that just be a reading error from what ever digital equipment he was using?

If we were living inside the globe, wouldn't rockets sent straight up crash into the other side of the planet?

>Never heard of a perfectly spherical, greased up farm animals rolling down frictionless hills

Op, take at least calculus 2 before trying to go any further.

Yep, that guy has a pocket and the other dude hands got hooked on it, thanks for the zoom.

It's a tube

Bullshit. You would need to accommodate for the curvature when flying long distances. The yolk would be pressed too far forward on a globe.

>on a globe model aircraft would be constantly moving the yolk/cyclic forward to maintain constant altitude.

But we don’t.

Attached: 1516596853539.jpg (570x587, 43K)

>long distances
This is an AHRS-calculation user. It's about current position and orientation, not distance over (long) time.

Attached: download.png (1186x759, 171K)

right. science ignores variables that have very little effect - they are called negligible variables.

hmmm strange

Keep up the good work OP

Attached: flatnonrotating.jpg (1184x993, 199K)

Yes it is. Other CIA psyop shock-tests: tidepod fad and condom-snorting. They create a few professionally produced YouTube videos seeding the internet with the idea of doing X and uploading a video of doing it. The intelligence secret society record the spread (scope, speed, what field the spread, what hinders it...

The flat earth system is in Abrahamic religions. The sky as described in these religions are based on a flat earth mindset. Yes you can do flat earth math. You can also do round earth math. Also Apple shaped earth math... math systems are just models used to describe an idea..

You don't even know what you're talking about, brainlet. Get your ass back on the register.

>I don't have a basic understanding of physics
>the image

>on a globe model aircraft would be constantly moving the yolk/cyclic forward to maintain constant altitude
>on a globe water would always be falling, but it isn't.
It's called gravity, dumbass.

Nice quads
Your response still does not equate for the curvature.

Now i have a doubt. Nice..

But don't you flattards claim that anything NASA does is fake?

What is north?
What is east?
What is down?
Does it matter whether you're above a massive sphere or on a plane when looking for these?
You don't need to equate for the curvature to find your current position and rotation (which is what an AHRS (attitude-heading-rotation-system) does).

Left sun right moon

>The report derives and defines a set of linearized system matrices for a rigid aircraft of constant mass, flying in a stationary atmosphere over a flat, nonrotating earth
Holy fuck, can you read? The highlighted point is an assumption, not a conclusion.

It's not. He measured the angle of the wave relative to the horizontal axis of his camera. The wave is off the cameras horizontal by 3.2 degrees. If it was his equipment the wave would have travelled along the identical plane of the cameras horizontal axis.

Any STEM major knows that the first step in creating a solution is to
STATE YOUR ASSUMPTIONS
Thermodynamics is a big one where you always prattle off 4 different assumptions that simplify the math. Also, hydraulics.

I'm not even linking the rest.

You all are retards and the fact that the ancients understood this and you dont is just a proven example of why euthenasia for mentally retarded people should be allowed and enforced.
