I think she did after people already knew who she was. We could recodnise her posts and addressed her by name when she posted, I think she added it sometimes once she had already been singled out to not distract from the threads, so people could seperate her posts from the rest of the thread and ignore if they want, also the reason she went on the other sites with is, she didn't like or want to be a trip poster but was already known. If I remember correctly it was something along the lines of ///--roze---// or something but all the old threads so long ago I barely have a memory of them.

She was never on /b/, we moved to /b/ years later, she had been scared away for a long time by then, at first I moved it to /b/ because she was scared of us, I held threads at 2am and on a different board just so she didn't feel freaked out by us, if she thought it had died off she might have posted again, that was the idea.

I think it's one of the best books ever written. Every villain is perfectly showcased and either of them logically could have been hush. It makes you genuinly believe it is each of them at one point and it's a guess who that you actually want to know the answer too, the double reveal of it not being riddler but him being behind it was brilliant and shows you how many moves ahead he always is, it's implied every time he is caught he can escape and that every capture is part of a bigger plan, looking at it that way makes him seem like less of an idiot for getting caught every week since he is studying the history of arkham each time he is arrested. The clayface changes were brillient, especially to a dead robin making batman not being able to bring himself to throw a punch. Ending an issue with superman under ivys control and knowing next issue batman has no chance to defend against superman is one of my all time best cliffhangers, every issue is a masterpiece.

I have only read batman from about the 80s and later so I'm not too familiar with early, especially since he debuted in 1938, from what I read of the pre 80s it was more camp adam west colourful batman than what we know today, so modern is definitly darker and broodier from what I know of it. I think batman is best when it's a broken man in a broken city playing with broken toys, his rogues gallery is second to no other hero and that was always why I read, not that bruce and batman aren't good themselves, especially alfred. One of my best issues was a woman from his past waiting to see him, alfred stalling her and coming up with excuses for bruce who he knew wouldn't be home, out being batman, alfred wanted so desperatly for bruce to see his past love so he could have a nice life again. The comic ends with bruce doing exactly that, he has kids, settles by a fire, stops being batman, then it cuts to him bleeding out in and ally and alfred with a tear in his eye as he can no longer stall the woman, the life by the fire had been what alfred wants for bruce, juxtaposed by the reality of knowing he has to stitch up his friend until the inevitable night he kills himself trying to help gotham no destroy itself.

I think comics in general changed in the 80s, its guys like frank miller and allan moore, They wrote things like watchmen and swamp thing and sandman and comics like judge dredd became the norm. The industy changed, culture changed and by the 90s, generation x, grunge and angst culture the audience of even kids was the MTV generation of beevis and butthead and ren and stimpy. You couldn't market camp cliched stereotypes any more because better was being offered elsewhere making you irreverent if you weren't offering the same counter culture as the simpson's, south park and other shows more on the wave lengh of the people at the time. Superman was fine when the concept of people with special abilities was new, but after it's decade old just someone with a superpower isn't enough, stan lee was first to change it by having sex, violence, drugs and real life issues addressed, as I said people like moore and miller took those issues and changed the demographic from teens and young adults to people my age with kids caring less than the adults now days.
