False. Hydration during drinking only lessens hangovers. Drinking in excess, no matter how well you stay hydrated, will still lead to some amount of a hangover.

Nah, I'm pretty sure the type is important too. Vodka e.g. is supposed to be least likely to give you a hangover because of the lack of some ingredients. (It's also good for fatsos because it has few calories compared to other drinks).

That's only if you control for the humidity and keep it below 50 degrees.
You'd need to flush it with nitrogen or CO2. Once the cork is off and you expose it to oxygen it's going to set off chemical reactions.

That's good enough given you don't have any special tools. Plus there's not too much headspace, so it will oxidize at a slower rate. The humidity in the fridge might be a problem but that's probably your best option.
