There is nothing that can be done. If you're dealing glaucoma you may want to look into adding quercetin into your diet. Quercetin has been shown to protect retinal ganglion cells and glaucoma damages those cells. Best source of quercetin would be capers but you can also try red onions.

i had lasik eye surgery in july 2016 and suffer from severe dry eye and horrible dim light vision (due to a too small optical zone) ever since, so I cant drive at night, I cant go for nightwalks and I cant chill at dim light places (like cinema or just comfy at home).
my life is pretty much ruined and I tried to fix it with scleral lenses and custom fitted rigid gas permeable lenses but it didnt work out.
been depressed ever since i had the surgery, gained 30lbs.

You can actually use a computer quite well as a blind person via screen reading software/braille keyboards/etc. There are even very successful blind programmers. Learn about the software available and get comfortable using them and read about how others deal with this.

Think of it this way. You are going blind in a time where 99% of mankind's collective knowledge media and communications has been digitized into text form and accessible via text interfaces. It's not like there is any good time to be blind, but if you have to be blind this is by far and away the best time in the history of forever.
