RTS games seems dead, used to play them but stopped as well as League, got to masters as my highest. Played some Killing Floor 2 yesterday but gets repetative after a while.

BW is dead and there hasn't been a half decent RTS since.

What's a high IQ game I can play that gives me a sense of progression and accomplishment for achieving certain goals (like Oldschool Runescape)?

games are for entertainment so play the ones that you enjoy, doesn't matter what it is. Since you're talking about achieving certain goals you're probably looking at rpg games where you can level up, do quests
