Just said the same thing the other day to a discord friend because I was watching kpop and only like 1 or 2 of the videos in the related bar were kpop and one of those I had already seen and it knew I already saw it. I can see it's the same on yours with 2 of the recommendations being shit you'd seen. Youtube is such shit.

Can I listen to your music user?
It is hard to explain why its so bad. It just is not finished. Check some of the steam reviews. It is early access still and its nowhere close to done. Its one of those games that is more fun to just watch someone play than to torture yourself with. I would say wait another year or so and see if any real progress is made on it.
Ever since they introduced infinite-scrolling in search results; 99% of the time I find new stuff on the side-bar. Search is useless; with the infinite scrolling often repeating many results and crashing after less than a hundred or so results. Much of the results are also no good with nothing in the video or even the description itself relating to the search query. Not that it was entirely good prior, but atleast with paged results you could try to sift through some stuff. Now good luck finding a smaller YouTube channel covering a trending thing (IE latest video game release, latest news happening). If they didnt have the "I'm not interested in this channel feature" I would lose all hope.
I made a greasemonkey script that automatically hits not interested on recommended videos. It almost works. When I listen to music most of the related videos are music. I don't use jQuery though so it's really hacked together.
Back in the day they recommended videos actually related to the video you were watching. Now they just base it on your taste in general. For example I watch a lot of video game stuff so whenever I listen to a song on YouTube, the recommendations are 90% unrelated vidya shit.

Take advantage of the algorithm
Actually like videos you like and dislike videos you don't want to see, when you see a recommended video you don't like let them know. Overtime you'll get just what you want.
