OP just find a good source for amp powder or paste if your in the EU. Adderall from my understanding is just a different ratio of amp salts than standard speed but you could probably find some powder that's the exact same. Addy as a pill also has a lot of non-active ingredients so a 30 mg pills is probably less than 20 mg active substance which is a pretty shitty dose. You can get high off them if you pop a couple sure but they're probably better used as a study/work aid at the cost. I may have spread some misinformation here too, someone here can probably explain it way better than me.

Anyway to answer your question, 30mgs ir is a good starter dose for adderral, maybe 50mg if you have xr. Although you can break the controlled release mechanism pretty easily in the xr pills, if you opt to do that then I'd recommend 30mg for the xrs though. This is all academic though because your pills are pretty clearly ir if that pic is them.

It's all a matter of dose and how you use it man. Tons of 6 year old kids get prescribed addy and don't end up as scary tweakers.
