My dreams are always related to my recent life and my thoughts and fears. Everytime I wake up from a dream I know why I had it, where it came from, and what it means about me. Really what I struggle with understanding is that some people need help interpreting their dreams, how can you lie to yourself that well

Stop right there. I will agree that in most cases the therapist options that people have are utterly useless, but if you could find a good and skilled psychonanalyst, it'd be the best possible thing you could do in terms of treating mental illness. There is no other option that is better. Sadly skilled psychoanalysts are rare and hard to find, so i guess for most people you are right, therapy is useless.

yeah i think that sounds accurate. i do have issues with intimacy and masculinity
