Well the thing is with 2C-B, it seems that for whatever reason, some people need more of a dose than others. I took 23mg my first time, got essentially no effects. Doubled that dose the night after and tripped very hard. Start with around 20mg though.

I'm talking oral dose btw, snorting requires much less, but is more intense, shorter duration, and hits instantly. Orally it can take a while to kick in.

That was a borderline trip dose I was comfortable with, slight waves but not much going on visually. Well yeah you should still be getting a product with no active ingredients but DPH, they could still put dangerous things in there. Benadryl brand is pure DPH I believe.

I thought you were combining the two? DPH at a dose that gets you "high" is not fun at all, see but taking a lighter dose like 150mg supposedly makes fapping really fun. But if you just take one of the pills (so the actual dose that it'll have on the box) it'll potentiate the effects of the DXM. Benadryl can also be useful for other drugs since it eases nausea, it can also make you drowsy though.

alright, I'm fucking high off my dick on meth and have nothing better to do so let me give you the rundown on DPH

There are a few different ways that people usually use it "recreationally", I'll give you a bit of info about each

First is by itself, most people fucking hate this experience and with good reason because it is absolute physical and mental misery, it can be worth doing once though just for the experience. To get a full deliriant experience you want to take probably 600-700mg otherwise you probably won't quite get there. If you do this expect horrific restless legs and unbearable anxiety. It can also be used by itself for fapping in lower doses, with no tolerance 100-200mg will probably do the trick here, I personally like to push it to 250-300 if I'm doing a fap dose but that can edge into uncomfortable territory.

The other main way you can use the stuff is in combination with other substances, a small dose (100mg or less) can substantially boost the effects of DXM for example and reduce the nausea without adding any significant deliriant effects. The DXM/DPH combo in higher doses is also fairly popular, usually 300/300 is a good spot to start here. They both remove some negatives from the other while providing their own effects, I find the combo very euphoric but not everyone does. Be aware if you do this though it'll probably hit harder than you expect and you will more than likely not be remotely functional.

Finally, it can be used in low doses with opioids to add to the sedation and reduce the itching or with booze to knock your ass out
