are you including drinks in this? also any more than 7g of sugar per 24hr gets turned straight into fat so if you have 14g of sugar per day you gain 7g of fat regardless of calorie intake oh also shut the fuck up you stupid retard

learn to count calories and shut the fuck up you stupid retard

I only drink water

weird, you're still doing something wrong so try and figure out what, you can't create energy from nothign

You are not eating 1800 cal a day. This is a fact.

>also any more than 7g of sugar per 24hr gets turned straight into fat

Source?

Well, it sucks to be you.

Over what time scale have you measured your progress? Your weight can fluctuate a lot day to day

I am, i weigh everything on a food scale and calculate it all, comes out to 1800 calories a day give or take 50

A week

That's nothing. Just keep it up. If you are counting calories correctly you will lose weight. Weigh yourself again in a couple weeks

get your thyroid checked

End it now

Thyroid disorders are a meme that fat people tell themselves to feel better

Im not really looking to lose weight per se, i weigh 68-70kg at 191 so i need to gain weight but since i am gaining on 1800 my cutting calories will be like 1000 a day

>And my height? 4'11

191cm is 6’2-6’3 in burger units

this is an attack on free speech

Ur not training hard enough. Try to do a 5k before every workout. Or rowing is rettty good too

Right now my routine looks like this.
Mon - Upper
Tue - Lower
Wed - Cardio
Then repeat and rest on Sunday
I spend 2 hours lifting weights at 90% workload with about 1 minute rest between sets, i always go to failure
Cardio right now is 10km at a speed of 13kmh on a treadmill

post diet

Is it possible that you are putting on more muscle than the fat you are losing?

Breakfast
300g/ml fat free cottage cheese, 60*3kcal
100g oats = 350 kcal

Lunch
500g chicken breast 100g rice random vegetables = 800 calories

Dinner
500g chicken breast 50g rice vegetables = 625 calories

350+625+800 = 1775

Mystery solved, you just don't count correctly.
And I assume you cook your chicken or veggies with oil? That's even more calories.

Those numbers are wrong except rice.
Im not from the US, my chicken breast has 90kcal per 100g frozen
Cottage cheese has 60kcal per 100ml, 4g Carbs, 12g protein
I cook everything without oil

>"lift 4 days a week"

Lol yea buddy I'm sure you do. Would love to see what these sessions consist of

Wadch wut yu say Europoor :DDD

I mostly do compounds
OHP, clean and press, bench, then pushups, military press, flys and dips for push stuff
Bodyweight rows, bent over rows, pullups, deadlifts, seated rows for pull
Squats, Legpress, Deadlift for lower body
And of course 2x10km running a week

Wtf it's been a week you idiot. You have No idea what lifting 4 times a week and eating more calories is actually gonna do long term. Also there is no possible way you are 191cm, physically active and gaining weight at 1800kcal. You either don't know how to count calories or your timeframe (a fucking week) is so laughably small it's not like you can expect anything to change
Probably both

Are you measuring your waist? I had the same issue but I was just adding muscle. My waist kept getting smaller even though I was gaining weight. Sometimes the scale gives you a distorted image of what's happening. If your waist is shrinking and you look better don't worry about it.

ok bro, what do you want to hear? you are either medical phenomena, or someone is feeding you in your sleep, or your hormones are fucked, or you just miscounted

which do you think is most plausible?

my metabolism is just fucked i suppose
slow as a turtle

He's not gonna gain any muscle on a deficit he's a skelly

Better see a doctor then

show me this cottage cheese that has 60kcal in 100g.

you are not a special snowflake.
you're just a fucking brainlet.

There you go

So your slow metabolism is creating more energy out of food that has a certain and limited amount of energy in it?
Wew lad, lets lock you up in a lab, anal probe you and then solve hunger in africa.

Literally just don't eat on your cardio days.
>t. doing 2 48 hr fasts a week and cutting like crazy

oh so it's some 0 fat jewery, ok.
I asked because
>4g Carbs, 12g protein
is already 64kcal and I didn't expect literally 0 fat in cheese.

No, just that my body seems to require the same amount of energy to build muscle as a 10 year old needs

CICO has been debunked. Calorie restrictions just lower metabolism.

You shouldn't be eating any low fat foods. Cut the carbs and eat animal fats.

Post diet

>oats
>rice
>0% fat dairy
>lean white meat
>more rice
Good goy. Keep avoiding fat, it will make you fat!

You just aren't restricting calories enough. Eat less.

Don't worry about feeling cold, tired, hungry, and having difficulty with cognitive tasks. Those are normal symptoms of being super healthy on your ultra healthy (((expert))) recommended diet!
