cans of tuna followed by whey
A 10 pack of chicken breast is cheap as fuck at walmart
bulk peanut butter on amazon
Peanut butter+whey+milk+banana shake
Semen of your fellow college bros - you can even earn money that way haha
Beans nigga
College semen is free and abundant
Your roommate's nut
frozen chicken
cheap cuts of beef for stews
quark cheese
protein powder
sardines
eggs
and i could go on. the cheapest way to ensure you get the right amount of proteins is to know what you need to AT LEAST eat during a day.
For example:
-1 protein shake with 500 ml of milk, 250g of quark and 2 scoops.
-200 g of lean meat (no minced meat or burgers)
-90 g of sardines (2 cans)
and then add the rest of the calories from whatever sources you want.
This way you ensure that you get to your protein goals while predicting how much you spend.
It might seem boring but routine actually helps you stick to it more than if you were to come up with a different way get 1 g/lb of protein every day without planning.
Peanut butter doesn’t have much protein. Yes, it has some. But something under 10g per 100-150 caories
I would say eggs. I'm Canadian so forgive the weird prices but a carton costs $2.50 for 12 here. That's a whole meal on it's own. Pork is cheap too.
But you should get a job so you can afford more food and better options.

I'll probably go with eggs and sardines as they are the cheapest in my area. I do have a job, but I'm paying for college instead of taking loans so money's really tight right now. Thanks.
>stealing the gains of another
Shameful thinking
milk - 160g/$
eggs - 140g/$
chicken breast - 84g/$
whey - 75.5g/$ (whey peptides)
bulk supps unflavored or ultimate nutrition prostar whey isolate from allstarhealth
tuna - 55g/$ (fish peptides)
Peanuts are dirt cheap, dry beans, don't know if you have them in whatever country you are from, but i buy these big ass cans of tuna instead of the individual ones
Beans. Peanut butter. Cheaper and far healthier than meat.
Also this
Random question. Is it bad for the health to take 8 scoops of protein a day? I take 5 of them for mass gainer which contain 2000 calories and 3 scoops woth 25 grams of protein each.
It depends on the peanut butter. A lot of popular brands have A LOT of added sugar. I agree with peanut butter, but try to look for brands with little to no added sugar (which in my experience can be slightly more expensive).
Tuna or sardines?
Tuna
Why tho?
This. Cheap and stuff your belly.
Ctpt
Tuna and sardina but don't eat more than 5 cans a day because of the high mercury levels.
Also turkey, beans, dry fruits, eggs, chiken breast.
Mercury is only a problem for tuna, not sardines
EGGS
Protein powder is by far the most cost effective protein there is, especially if you aren't springing for isolate or concentrate. Whey isolate is marginally better and twice as expensive than regular whey powder.
As far as whole foods go,
> Poultry Dark Meat
Chicken legs and thighs are really cheap in the US due to disproportionate market demand for the breasts, creating a great supply to exploit. You can get a ton of protein if you get bone-in chicken thighs.
> Canned Tuna
Versatile and cheap as fuck. Unless you're on a high fat diet like keto though do take care to get it in water and not oil.
> Legumes
Start getting most of your carbs from beans, peas, and lentils and you'll effortlessly add a ton of protein to your diet. Avoid rice and bread, replace all that shit with beans.
> Eggs
Get these guys in 60-count bulk crates and the savings are incredible.
Cheapest? 1% Cottage cheese.
Didn't know that, thanks!
Frozen tilapia.
It is roughly the same cost as chicken breast and has an equivalent or better macro-nutrient profile. I think it tastes better too.
Enjoy your estrogen
Why is tuna better than sardines?
chicky
peeny
tuny
Eggs nigga. They're a loss leader.
I just prefer tuna really, got nothing against sardines
enjoy getting fat on oil, carbs and some sugar
It’s great if you’re bulking from skinny
This is a quality post.
You can also change all carbs for beans.
quark
Eggs. They're probably one of the cheapest whole sources
Way too starchy and full of carbs.
Make canned tuna or chicken salad with using avocado.
>mash up one whole avocado
>dice red onion, bell pepper, celery, really anything with some crunch for texture
>add can of tuna or can of chicken (similar to can tuna and the stuff at Costco is white meat and delicious)
>corse pepper and a little sea salt
Mix this up in a bowl and just refrigerate. In the winter when I can grill or whenever I’m stretched for time I make this. Avocados can be pricey depending on where you live but they’re pretty inexpensive in the US.
just make your own bulk shakes if you want to get that many calories from liquids like the little pussy bitch you are
