Yeah, it's time consuming. These are my "VIP" cards I usually reserve for those I think will be buying something. I have another set of basic cards I hand out en masse. The seals warp the cardstock, so I have to press them back into shape. Takes a few hours for 20 cards or so but people think it's impressive I add a novel touch like that to them.

Not getting hours is one of the reasons why I have never applied to private sector. Never really had problem with getting hours since I work at laborathory at hospital, but its too demanding work at this point I don`t know how much longer I can keep doing this. Just few hours ago when my last coworker went home she just told me to do her blood samples too since I`m staying up all night today here. Worst thing is that there is no double checking so if I fuck up even once there is high change getting fired over it.
