Yeah, start tracking. You may be eating foods that make you feel full and not eating so much as you think.

If you walk a hella lot you may be burning more than you realize.

You should do it. I'd even say it's essential for someone like you.
You should start off by tracking a few days of normally eating, the way you usually do. You can bet you'll find out that you're eating way less calories than you think.
From there you should make a meal plan and set a calorie and protein goal to hit every day.

You're also underestimating your body fat percentage, but you're not too fat to bulk in my opinion.
