Here's what I did
MON:
Dumbell curl 2-3 X 8-12
Skullcrusher 2-3 X 8-12
WED:
Lateral raises 3x10-15
FRI:
Dumbell hammer curl 2-3x 8-12
You can drop the skull crushers completely if you have trouble recovering from benching and ohp. It might do that. Other accessories shouldn't have any negative impact on anything though.
Put like 1.5 inches on my arms with this in nine months
just eat more and lift heavy compounds lol

dont do that, do face pulls instead of lateral raises

Oh yeah face pulls too absolutely (non-negotiable) but they work a different part of the shoulder. Do them and you will never have shoulder issues when benching
