How to get swole with just a backpack

Alright, you're poorer than poor so you don't even own any dumbbells. You try to gain muscle with just a weighted backpack. What exercises do you do? (And how do you simulate the big 4 lifts without barbells?)

Dips pull ups and running

You don't need to be rich to lift.
I've made my own home gym from basic items around the house.

Hahahahah what the fuck good luck man

Not sure if sarcasm, but weights are weights.

How much do those plastic bags weigh user

Running up and down stairs is good exercise

Don't question him. You're just jealous because you can't bench 2bag

This is the greatest thing I’ve ever seen

Eastern Europe
I was benching 20+5kg bags plus 2 one kg bottles on each side plus the bar which is 8kg so total only 60kg, but I'm progressing.
Squatting 90kg here.

based af, but i dont even have enough room for this
im just a neet who wants to somehow build some muscle with just a backpack, is it safe to just do the big 4 lifts but with a backpack instead of a barbell? and what should i pay attention to? for example would it be safe to just do bench press laying on a mat or will i need something like a bench

Actually based
Dont let nothing hold you back from peak performance

>squatting only lmao3bag lowbar
how is your deadlift

Since the bags are higher than plates, I have to stand on a tire to deadlift. Unfortunately don't have any pictures.

do you have a job or are you neet mode?
you are very based and i admire your dedication.
you're gonna make it!

you need to do some kind of rowing for good scapular health. find a way to do some kind of rows. this will balance out doing push ups

>woman
nice troll post

Dips, front levers, pull ups, incline push ups, chin ups/bw bicep curl, tricep extensions, hspu, planches, running (+ all the meme calve exercises), leg raises, windshield wipers, single leg squat, alternate farmer walk. Now mix them up in a way that makes sense and there you go.

>not using a weight vest

You're better off doing calisthenics bro.
Shrimp squats with 30 kg are hard as fuck.

You can't

Based as fuck. Continue what you are doing bro. Save money for protein and good food if available and do some calisthenics.
