CBT is usually the first line therapeutic approach for anxiety and many find it really helpful

sorry to answer your question - there is no magic bullet that kills it stone dead. Be careful with benzos my friend they can really mess with you long term - used to be prescribed diazepam (Valium) while it wasn't actually that useful therapeutically I found them really hard to come off , think I was physically dependent.

Take it earlier in the day. Mid day trips always seem to wear off by 1 or 2 AM and I never felt any real comedown that way. Just get enough sleep, eat some good stuff and you'll be fine
