I want to switch from PPL to some 3 day lifting program, but do not want to sacrifice hypertrophy. I was thinking about starting 5/3/1 for beginners, but is it enough for hypertrophy?
Currently, I'm 1/2/2.25/3 on my lifts.

Also, unironically, a modified starting strength program with appropriates focus on the accessories you need to maintain hypertrophy. The accessories are the key that retards on here ignore and wind up looking like t-rex. Sub barbell rows for powercleans
