3 day lifting programs

I want to switch from PPL to some 3 day lifting program, but do not want to sacrifice hypertrophy. I was thinking about starting 5/3/1 for beginners, but is it enough for hypertrophy?
Currently, I'm 1/2/2.25/3 on my lifts.

2. Size = strength there is no hypertrophy routine. Any routine that gets you stronger gets your bigger, provided you eat.
3.5/3/1 is a periodization scheme to get you past stalling and when you can no longer linear progress. It’s not a routine lol.

Transfer to an intermediate strength routine, like mad cow, add some accessories like chins, barbell curls, dips and skull crushers. Get your lifts up a bit then do PHUL. Don't forget to eat.

Renaissance periodization has a 3-day template, though their templates are pretty expensive.

If you're not looking for templates that are exclusively about hypertrophy and you're not willing to pay you could try The Montana Method or The Bridge and add more volume if necessary.

You could either add an arbitrary amount every cycle, like fahve pounds, or a certain percentage, or you could base it off RPEs on the singles on power day. You can get more information from the thread on exodus strength.
