umm

You've never heard of squats and deadlifts?

no I mean your front abs not back abs

do this but raising your legs, not your kness
but abs are slow twitch dominant so you probably want to do 12+ reps very close to failure anyways

That's not direct work

squats deadlifts ohp weighted dips weighted chin ups

cable crunches

will this make me taller?

>no heavy exercises for abs
If it not heavy enough - it's not exercise

Thanks for the kek user

do this on a decline bench and you're golden, before stop lifting i used to do this with 60lbs and after 10 reps my abs would burn like it was on fire

Crunches hurt my tailbone. What am I doing wrong?

You mean due to pressure from the floor? Put something soft under your back.
Or actual pack pain? Might be tight hamstrings, stretch them

Do hanging leg raises and put a dumbell between your feet. Problem solved.

Cable crunches

abslets

B&R

>do this but raising your legs, not your kness

legs raise work your hip flexors more, better doing them with legs bent bringing the knees to arm pit motion

weighted planks
