ayy that's pretty much exactly me too except I do heavy squats & deadlifts for 3x5 on M & Tu and Light squats & deadlifts for 3x10 on Th & F. I also do cardio/core on wednesdays.

Accessories are curls, cable pulls, lat raises, rows, hanging leg raises, calf raises, shrugs, farmers walks

I do this except i replace the 3rd leg day for a couple of hours of cycling.
But want to try this as i'm needing a rest day mid week.
