Started working out again for the first time in years. Feels pretty good. Don't want my soon to arrive son to have a total lard-ass of a father either. Also my weakened core and fat gut doesn't help my job as a welder.

Yup, only got 6 weeks to go, so kind of last minute.

Currently 5' 9" 215 lbs. Was 220 lbs on Saturday. If I throw running into the mix, I'll be under 200 easily by the time he is here, with a good bit of fat gone, and some more muscle in it's place. I miss being 20 years old at 160 lbs, physique like a triathlete (did a lot of running, cycling, boxing bag work).

I just finished losing 20lb, not trying to get fat for summer.

If you have already cut 20lbs and still look like this, at that height, I would REALLY suggest you focus on lifting and not cutting.

Currently at around 15% BF but recovering after having surgery. Plan to bulk for 3 more weeks for regains and then cut 8 weeks till holiday. Enough time to drop 5% BF?

If you are 5'10 looking to be under like 150lbs you have body dysmorphia. You will be a skinny fat at 140s and Skelly at 120s

Depends how much you weigh and heught. At 6'+ 17% to 12% will be hard even with "supplements" and take a couple months, 6 weeks is too short. 10% would be very hard.

If you are shorter though you could probably power through 5% in 6 weeks.

5'11 here, 167lbs I'm planning on using some fat burners as supplements, though I know they're all bullshit. Could add an extra week or two. I was 178 and then jaw surgery fucked me.

Bulk m8 if you want to still look and feel lean your gonna have to work abs and still do some cardio for 2 days or so I recommend doing jump rope and just eat a lot your progress will be pretty gradual but noticble 2 pounds a weak

However I am currently skinny and have begun to descend into skeleton mode to prepare for a new expansion. Already started taking Orlistat, drinking green tea and egging on the depression to fuel my eating disorder. I'm going to be a skeleton on speed.

do you have IBS/UC/Crohn's or something? What's your diet? I've almost cut out veggies entirely, and just eat meat, complex carbs, and fruit. I've gone from 126 -> 141 in ~3mos. I'm 5'7.

6'2" and currently 210, running and lifting heavy 3/week. It fucking sucks feeling so weak on a cut. Cutting hard at like 1200 or so day, trying to speed the process along. Might make it but I feel like I'm still going to be fat by summer

5’6.5” started at 150 down to 140 (probably mostly water weight). Estimates say I’m at around 14% bf so about 135 pounds should be at a good weight for looking cut. That’s pretty light for my height but idk my hips and lower stomach fat are being stubborn, maybe cause I don’t work legs/run as much as I should. Abs are starting to be visible though and I’d rather have a ottermode than a “skinny fat + muscle” look
