Weightlifting causing erectil dysfunction

So, i recently discovered weightlifting is causing me ED because of the stress put on the arteries. I really enjoy doing SL, its effectiveness and simplicity fit my goals just perfect, but my sex health is being affected.

Do any of you guys have any experience on this? Any recomendations? I was thinking on just giving up and do some isolation routine.

If you cut out pre-workout and all things like caffeine and excess sugars then cut back on volume you'll grow.

I dont watch porn, and at most i masturbate once a day. I dont count calories but i eat pretty well, ive been gaining weight since started the program, i dont eat sugary or fatty stuff, just clean food, i dont drink protein or any other kind of supplements. I dont fraud neither.

I eat red meat 2 or 3 days a week. I practically dont eat eggs. Will try eating eggs regulary and will try olive oil.
