185*3, I want to get it to 5 reps before trying 200. 225 this year is my goal.

220, 230 on a log

I clean and pressed 70kg but my best deadlift is 140kg whats wrong with me

95kg is my current best standing.
105kg seatend behind the neck.

Why not try 190 and 195 before you do 200?

Isn't it bad to be ohp 50%of what i can deadlift? when i first started lifting my best press was 40kg and deadlift was 80kg (i was skelly mode borderline Auschwitz)

Also my bw is 75kg can't be rigjt to almost ohp my bodyweight before 2x bw deadlift

Oh and I'm also gay, dunno if that matters

Well a proper OHP doesn't involve the lower body too much, but a DL really involves the hamstrings, glutes, and quads.
So it could be that at your lower weight, you had a imbalance skewed to upper body.
My DL is 4x my OHP

Also are you a sub or dom gay? This plays a big part in weightlifting.
