This. I might be weak, but on leg day I can feel the pain. Especially in hip flexors and groin. Actually I think I might've hurt myself.

I don't think anyone contests leg day. Having to walk like a retarded cowboy isn't great.

I'm gonna hit the sauna after work and do the butterfly stretches there. Always helps relieve the tension. Hope you feel better too, mate.

It's a tough call but I do enjoy legs. Usually go calves first, then into RDLs (which can go super deep after calves due to them being exhausted and loose leading to a lesser stretch from the knee end of the hamstring), then into squats (at this point the only muscle with enery energy left is the quads which makes good and upright form easy to do). sounds like a weird exercise order but its the order that has resulted in the best growth for me.
