Ejaculation does have zinc in it, but a very very small amount that doesn't really affect you that much, and dont take it one empty stomach

Are you taking Vitamin B6 or B3?

Some people take that to make dreams more vivid.

Out of those my multivitamin got some b6 in it now that I check.

Vivid is nice and all, but why nightmares?

yeah zinc and iron can do that especially if you take like 50mg on an empty stomach or in the morning. If you eat meat all you probably only need 25mg anyways. You're risking toxicity if you go over 60 a day consistently.

I take 50mg like 10 minutes before breakfast, which is usually about a cup of oats. Never any symptoms of poisoning.

I would assume then you're not absorbing all of it which is fairly typical
