Do you hit your daily protein through food alone? Get creatine.

It's the first day of autumn around here.

andale andale

instead of making a new thread i'll just ask here.
I'm new to lifting and lookinbg for supplements, i see lots of protein powders have "Soya Protein Isolate" is that anything to be concerned about you is it pretty normal/ to be ignored

>Whey is a supplement

Get protein, eat a steak a day + eggs. That'll give you your creatine

i have whey with creatine already in it plus i have a creatine tub of its own

how much should i take

fucking newfags

The amount of creatine in red meat is nothing compared to supplementing it. Also your statements work a much better if you switch the words protein and creatine.

How poor can you be that you cant afford 12$ protein from retail

Examine.com has the truth on so.y

No real affects, read the research

>Creatine

OP here. This is my biggest worry about creatine desu. Is whey protein enough to help build more muscle/get bigger in general?

This
FUCKING NEWFAGS WHEY IS JUST A LEAN PROTEIN SOURCE IT HAS NO BENEFITS COMPARED TO GETTING ENOUGH FROM FOOD REEEEEE
