It might have xytol or whatever that sugar substitute is. Used to be an old school laxative. It's also the same shit that makes sugar free gummy bears absolute murder on people's bowls. Just chew regular gum if the sugar free stuff is giving you the shits. The sugar in gum is incredibly negligible unless your chewing a pound or two a day or it's covered in sugar.

If you slowly add sand to your gum it will become more grainy and increase resistance. Your can then progressively overload in order to achieve the best kaw gains. I suggest starting with adding half a tea spoon of fine sand into 3 pieces of gum if you are already comfortable with the gum by itself.

What I do is, every time I chew all the flavour out of the gum and it's totally dead, I chew a new piece without spitting the old one out. Iend up wirh a big five piece wad. It's like progressive overload.

Last week I chewed one piece of falim gum. This week I added another piece, which is the equivalent of weighted. Next week I'll add a third gum into my stack because it's getting easier. When I'm in the gym I chew just one piece to keep my mouth wet and get more concentrated on my lifts. I keep reusing the same gum because it's flavorless.
