Meant to say the section on "Muscle Origins and Insertions" rather.
But anyway, it just means that the location of your muscle insertions in relation to your joints has a significant impact on your strength.
So if one person is born with better hamstring insertions than another person, then even if both people are applying the same amount of force through the muscle, one of them will be deadlifting more weight.

I didn't read, but in respect to leverages, we'll take an absurd extreme to illustrate the point.
Imagine that you have stubby legs and long arms.
For a deadlift, you have total freedom to determien the starting position - you can bend your knees 90 degrees and start with your spine totally upright, or start with your spine at a 45 degree angle and still have your knees straight. Because of the shortened range of motion, you're able to do the entire exercise from the most advantageous position, where the average person has to utilize all of the muscle groups at different points throughout the movement.

Back off from this absurd exaggeration to some more reasonable (say, having a short inseam for your height and slightly longer arms for your height), you should be able to imagine that there is some mechanical advantage in different limb proportions.

He doesn't get tight, he doesn't create any tension before he pulls, he loses hip position and it makes his back round like a fucking scared cat, so even if he yanks it off the bar faster than 50% my 1rm he can, and has had the bar get to his knees and just fucking stop. He doesn't train with consistency or with any sort of intelligence.
