Impossible to tell just yet considering the time scale of both colonisations, but considering Europe laid the framework for modern civilization in sub Saharan Africa, and natural resource abundance didn't correlate with the most colonised parts of Africa, I'd say it's going to be China and its lack of regard for the health of the environment
