Does your profile suck? While Tinder is impossible for most guys but if you are truly 7/10 then put in as much effort as you can into getting good photos and an interesting profile. Only way you might actually get a 3/10 that sleeps with a different guy a week.

Tinder is literally just a hookup app for Chads, OKC matches you more based on personality, political beliefs and interests.
For the year I have had Tinder I've matched with maybe like 4 people, on OKC I match with at least 2 people a day and I hook up with a girl at least once a week, I'm a fucking 4/10 at best but I have a funny creatively written profile and my images are "creative" as well (Vaporwave edits of me, Cosplaying at a nightclub etc).

You have to play into the fact you're not chad and make up for it by coming off funny, progressive and creative. I would recommend reading a bunch of feminist theory just so you can use that as well to come off as intellectual, nothing melts the pants of OKC girls like progressive intellectualism. (I would recommend reading/Audiobooking Caliban and the Witch, this way you can literally "outfeminist" them with an obscure, but highly influential feminist book)

If you're not top 20% or better of all men in your geographic region, you have no reason to be on Tinder. It's just a fact of how the app works. You'll spend weeks swiping to get one text conversation going which you'll expend a few hours on and then you'll get ghosted. Maybe for every three conversations, you'll get one date, which will also be the last date with her. And of course the next step down, getting to a relationship, is even more rare.

Your only chance is to find local face-to-face stuff to be part of where there might be women who don't Tinder incessantly and might have the absent, unconscious worldview that only the men in their social circles; friends of friends, etc; are real and there aren't a thousand erect penises waiting for them behind the little flame symbol on their phone. Which just might give you a chance to be, relatively speaking, top 20%.
