might have something to do with your diet, unhealthy foods usually do that for me at least.
i once started eating almost only oatmeal and it disappeared in a week so that could help

>no acne
>nose is covered in blackheads in giant pores

Get on acutane
My face still sucks more than most people but is is way way way better than before
If I still had insurance Id do a second course of acutane
Wash your hair and pillowcases more
These guys dont have acne
Dont touch yourface guy might, but mine was bad and I never touched my face

get accutane. it's a lifesaver, and its clearing effects last years.

t. had cystic acne 5 months ago, did accutane, almost completely clear now

If you're anything like me, then don't shower everyday, maybe once every 3 days. Thats how my acne cleared up. Also change your pillow case every few days.
>am 22

I'm 20, just managed to get on top of my acne.
>shower once every 2 days, don't wash face with any soaps etc - just thoroughly with water.
>rinse face in cold water once or twice a day
>eat very little sugar, animals and wheat
>if I get a decent pimple, pop and sterilise with something relatively low impact like savlon

Fucking large agree, never touch that fucker except for point 4. This is probably the main point.

This is all probably specialised to me but might help.

Mine was so bad in my teens. Ruined my confidence for life. Even without any now (age 29) my life feels worse.

also I rarely wash so it's not about being clean. Lack of sleep can make a few minor spots come up.

my back acne wont go away and im 24 now

sucks, i wanna get tattood in that area

I keep having some and I am 31.

still get it and i'm 26.

>big pharma shills ITT
I did accutane 10 years ago, had no acne for 5 years, then it came back worse than before and now I have Crohn's disease and permanently dry lips.
The actual cure for acne is clean diet and outdoor exercise. Whole foods only, no sugar, no gluten.

but the cause is genetic. and there's no cure for shitty genes.

What he said . You got bad genetics. I've had fast food all week and no acne. Still no gf.

I feel you. I'm 21 and got a random cystic acne attack last autumn. I was clean for so long and now my right side of my face is covered with redness.

>tfw you would get the occasional pimple here and there but never had acne as a teen
I also started growing a beard a 12 and had a 6 pack by the time I was 10 and have always been among the taller kids in my classes. How did I end up here? I was set.

nice humblebrag OP, nobody gives a fuck

>humblebrag
>OP
I clearly wasn't trying to be humble and I'm not op

>tfw know that keep touching my skin with my hand will cause acne
>tfw deprived of human contact and keep touching myself instinctively

>have nasty hygiene and diet
>WHY LOL HURR
didn't read thread but i bet at least one buffoon is going to say genetics. genetics also make people susceptible to mold growing on their toenails and the nails falling off....unless you wash them.

This, don't touch your face. My acne's gone down at least 75% just from not touching my face and drinking several cups of water daily. You should wash your pillowcases bi-weekly and your face daily (I usually shower one day on, one day off). I also consume a good amount of amphetamine, nicotine, green tea and similar things that speed up your metabolic rate. Whether that helps longterm or not, I don't know. But I do know it makes my skin smoother and clearer short-term.
Good food too, I breakout way worse when I eat fast-food/candy tier horseshit often. I hear mixed results about working out for acne. It's worth a try. Fruits, veggies, meats, grains, water, orderliness, a moderately healthy lifestyle and amphetamine. Try to follow something like that for a month and see if it helps. If not,
acutane

>no gluten
>And so it was revealed that user was a faggot

On Accutane and it's helping pretty good, but my problem is with cyst more than spots, which take fucking ages to leave and makes me look like I've just been beaten around

go to a skincare specialist, they'll either tell you to fix your fucking diet or prescribe you a steroid cream for your blemished face.
