I just want to make a young pure girl stay that way before the world has it's chance to fuck her up. I mean the age where I could be sexually attracted to them most of them are lost anyways, but there are still salvageable subjects.

From a legal standpoint, it is pedophilia simply because she is under the legal age of consent. The legal age of consent was picked because it was around the time when teenagers would naturally start making important decisions to become an independent adult. Seeing as this theoretical girl is that close to the age of consent presents a gray area, because SUPPOSEDLY she is PROBABLY old enough to be making choices like this, but LEGALLY she isn't. It causes major conflicts with the normalfags' morals.
If I were to end up in this strange situation somehow, I'd take a video before the act of sex where the girl agrees that she wants to have sex. That way, it'd be a little bit easier to defend myself, should the situation end in a court case.
