I'm bad at judging lyrics when there's no beat/instrumentals to them, but it sounds very edgy, maybe too edgy.

It's the least edgy I've wrote in a while. I've had a sort of writers block for several months in which everything I write is Linkin Park tier edge and I have to delete it cause I don't like to be like that.
I like some edge tho. I try to not be edgier than Green Day unless I have some really good metaphors.

Idk what's the edgiest, I usually delete them on the spot. Here's something I wrote three days ago. Not the edgiest, but it's my standard natural edge.

I really like it, better than the other one you posted, and less edgy even.
the last line is supreme edge though, so i think getting rid of that one will remove some of the edge.

Agreed, I think your best bet now is to take it to the streets and get out there (if your music can be replicated live). Wanna know why soundcloud made so many of these trap mumble rappers famous? They're all weird and awkward as shit (and not in an appreciable way). They couldn't have gotten themselves out there in any other way.
