I don't think I could do it permanently. I thought about it and it seems like it would get old. But maybe I'm weird. I even get tired of sleeping in my bed so sometimes I sleep on the couch.

I love the idea of this but the problem for me is toilet/shower and internet. I'm a neckbeard but not full neckbeard so I still value cleanliness. Besides that all I need in life is a bed, my PC, a fridge/freezer and some way of cooking food, all of that could fit in a van.

But I'm also not sure if there's enough to power a desktop PC and monitor with solar or a deep cycle battery. A tiny house or something would probably be better for my needs.

How so? Speakin from experience?

As luck would have it not my own experience but from a close friend. He described it as an Instagram life. Beautiful pics and nice scenery on the outside but what's actually going on is hardship and discomfort. (He was up north in Norway) and he honestly is happy to be back. 3 years was enough as it seems.

I guess it was his experience you might have a great one. Just go for it if you have to do it. Don't look back whishing you did.
