Be able to hold a conversation.

That's all you need to get a gf. Getting a girl is the easiest bit, getting one worth giving up your current comfy hedonist life is the hard part.

Any advice on getting life experiences? I've travelled to 15+ countries but it hasn't made me any more interesting in the slightest. It adds maybe 5 minutes of content to my conversations, and then I'm out like usual.

1) start being physically active. Mind and body are one. start running 2x a week. do 100 pushups 6 days a week, as well as 100 situps, leglifts, and russian twists to start. You can also go be Jow Forums and lift

2) get some interesting hobbies you can talk to women about. read books, get really into nature and camping. (the survivalist cool shit) Learn to identify mushrooms/plants. hunt. do some manly shit

3) look in the mirror at least 3x a day and say "im attractive. Im loved. Im worth it" out loud

do this every day for 3 months and you should be in the mental zone to pick up a chick. go to a bar/social area and find one. maybe a 7/10
go up to her, ask her if she wants to dance.
