Eat all your food in the morning and don't eat after noon until you get up again, and do some light exercise throughout the day. I live in a valley town and walked up the steepest road by my house and then went down the long way every day when i was losing the weight.

You absolutely will lose muscle. There's an energy cost from making ketones out of fatty acids. Where does that energy come? It's from the muscles, especially since you're not actually consuming any calories.

You'll lose it quick but at soon as you put food back into your body, you'll gain it right back and your appetite will be the same. You need to learn to lower your appetite slowly, and cook meals that are easy to make (reheatable) and healthy. Soups, chili, tuna bake, pasta with home-made sauce. This is the only way to sustain a healthy diet, fasting is OK in the short term but not if you want long-term results. Stop trying to take short cuts, anything worth doing takes time and effort.
