Based. Waking up before your alarm is the test to make sure you aren't an NPC.

Based Circadian Rhythm

>set alarm
>scared i wont hear it go off
>cant sleep because of it

>set alarm for 2:00 A.M.
>sleep peacefully until 9:00 A.M.
>tfw you wake up and realize that you've lost 7 hours of your life

Attached: tfw someone pokes you and you spend the rest of your day thinking about that couple seconds of physi (500x800, 43K)

pop a valium, shit will knock you out in 5 minutes flat. Used to take me 30 mins to fall asleep

>get up at 9:00 am
>shower, eat, and feel like groggy shit
>go to work at 11:00 am
>get back home at 10:30 pm
>tfw you're about to go to sleep and realize that you've lost over 13 hours of your life

Too relate-able user, thank heavens that I enjoy work. Also;
>get day off
>have way more time than usual
>have so much time that don't know what to do with it
>spend more time debating what to do with time rather than actually doing anything

Why the fuck are you setting your alarm for 0200?

To obtain the greatest level of productivity through the day and supersede all previous years in terms of day product! Sometimes it works, sometimes I hallucinate and sometimes I can't move and feel too comfortable.

When do you go to sleep? You need your 8 hours of sleep, senpai

I try to sleep at 12:00 though sometimes 01:00. I forgot to put on my headset yesterday night (or rather I passed out) last night after getting home uguu. I'm trying to maintain strong discipline.

>set my alarm clock for 7:00
>wake up at 6:00
>can't fall asleep again

>he needs an alarm to wake up
>he doesn't have an internal clock

This has never happened to me. How did you get so lucky?

It happened once or twice. Both were after a huge orgasm, though.

ugh... every night. ocd sux

Feeling groggy after waking up has little to do with how long you slept, and much more to do with which point in the sleep cycle you wake from. A full sleep cycle is 90 minutes, so if you sleep for a multiple of 90 minutes (3 hours, 7.5 hours, 9 hours, etc.) you will feel well-rested because you wake at the end of your sleep cycle. If you sleep for 7 hours exactly or 8 hours exactly you will feel groggy because you are being pulled from deep sleep.

Happens everytime. Often I put two alarms with 30min in between, spend it in very confused half asleep state waiting for the next alarm.

Sometimes 5min snooze on alarm feels like an hour too, this hasn't happened in quite a while though.
