Yeah. Not saying you should ever do it again, but generally high doses will give you one heck of a hangover. If you take a low to medium dose, remember to drink water (maybe try those mdma hangover cures every youtubing faggot is raving about) and smoke some weed the next day it's quite tolerable, and you could end up with just a cozy afterglow. Just never overdo MDMA it's never worth it.
