I havent had running hot water for about a year
you get used to it pretty quickly. My shower is electric though. I cant imagine not being able to shower.
I still feel like some sort of siberian boiling a pan every time I want to do the washing up or shave.

i wash with hot water and end it with a 2 minute blast of freezing cold water. feels great.
