Yes I took adderall yesterday and drank, feel 100% fine now, just a little bit burnt out. I slept, just not very well .

So i was perscribed this shit (adderall) from like 2007 until 2016 for ADHD. I took it every day as perscribed. 5mg in the morning, 20 mil during the day, and 5 mil at night to do hw.
I havent taken any of it in over 3 years, and i still cant sit down amd eat a regular full meal. I think its permanently fucked with the part of my brain that contolls hunger. Food just has very little appeal to me now. I eat every day so in not skelly mode but ibdont enjoy food like i used to.

I was prescribed adderal pushed by shool teachers unto my parents and it turned me psychotic

Now i take anti-psychotics, i don't fuck with psychoactive drugs, anything mind altering apparently fucks me up

I've been prescribed ritalin, and I've taken a ton of adderral recreationally. I used to love ritalin in high school. It gave me a really optimistic, upbeat euphoria, very similar to cocaine but more 'mental' (I find that cocaine's euphoria is mostly physical). Adderral was very good for functional use and for masturbating but didn't really have the mood-enhancing properties that ritalin did.

Anyway, all of this stimulant shit ended ~~REALLY~~ badly for me. I wound up on meth and lost my money, job, apartment etc.

I'm the guy who made the original post about adderral. I can confirm that meth and adderral are very similar strictly in terms of effects. I generally found meth a little more 'spacey' and had less physical side effects than adderral, but the basic feeling was pretty close. The reason fewer people end up ruining their lives on adderral is because adderral is too expensive to be doing grams of the this everyday, and also because the pill structure means you can't smoke it and would have a very hard time injecting it. People do 'lose 50lbs and wind up stealing from their parents' on adderral. The addiction starts with adderral and moves into the harsher stages in the form of meth. It's the same drug essentially, meth is just a cheaper and more potent form of it.

If you're ever gonna take ritalin chew it up with your molars, makes it release faster and actually gets you high

It is a similar drug but meth is far more prone to give you psychosis. Meth also IMO causes the person to want more and more and more in a way adderall does not.

adderall is basic speed, speed is just not the same thing as meth

I seriously doubt you could have college campuses filled with meth and no issue like today.

Also adderall is free to people with scripts and insurance. I know many people who have almost unlimited access to it via huge scripts and friends and they never get strung out like meth heads

The reason adderral doesn't get abused on the same level as meth is because of the price and because the structure of the pill, which is like 95% inactive filler material, 5% amphetamine salts. This pill structure means that adderral is:

A) impossible to smoke
B) very difficult to inject (in particular if you have the version with beads)
C) Technically shortable, but you'd need to basically clog your nose up to get a dose equal to a recreational dose of meth.

^ These factors are why adderral is harder to abuse than meth, not the underlying chemical in the substance.
But like I said, that doesn't stop adderral from leading to stimulant addiction. People very commonly start on adderral and when the price or difficulty of snorting a high dose becomes too much, they go looking for meth. I mean, meth itself is an ADHD pill, go on google and look up 'desoxyn' and be prepared to shit bricks.

Sertraline is the best drug ever. Its completely changed my life for the better.

You dindn't try to make it simple, it's just bullshit. Meth and adderall are simmilar in effects. It's just that people that use adderall need it for work and people that use meth need it to satisfy their addiction for dopamine or cope with life. It's not about what it does to your brain, but what you need it for.

They are literally chemically different drugs with literally different effects. I have taken both.

On adderall there is a ceiling or limit to how much you want. I could sit there with 90 30mg IR pills of adderall and a grinder and I would only snort them at a certain rate and not because my "nose was clogged" just because there is sort of an upper limit on effects.

On meth that limit is out the window, you want more and more and more and you can use straight till you get psychosis and still want more

That wasn't my experience. On a really big dose of adderral I'd do the exact same thing I did on meth: masturbate for hours on end.
