Thanks man. The poor quality is intentional, I think it gives it kind of a nostalgic feel. Like a memory of a place you arent sure youve ever even been too. I wanted it to have the same foggy kind texture as the nights we love to remember.

This is the only creative thing I've ever done besides drawing a few shitty drawings. One day I got super randomly inspired because I had a vision of what would be the perfect wallpaper for me. It's pretty bad because this was the first thing I had ever made in After Effects so I had to learn to do this from scratch. But I was still pretty happy with the result. Not a creative person but I am proud of this despite it being so simple.

Although this isn't in it's most polished form right now, I see extreme potential within this short film. Some of the editing was "sticky", meaning a few of your reactions really didn't have to be inserted there, and an overall heavier focus on direction could be beneficial, your charisma is fantastic. Your scene at the end there was actually pretty well done, and I would've loved to see a bit more of the dichotomy between the guys' helper and the guy himself. A couple of shots at the burger place would have gone miles for the comedic effect.

Your enthusiasm is definitely there, and I look forward to seeing more stuff from you since I'm now legitimately intrigued. Keep up this stuff, only recommendation would be to do a little overall cleanup editing and pacing-wise.

You don't know how much I actually wanted to do that. There's a whole-ass page of the script I had to chop out simply because I didn't have the time to shoot it. Glad to see the intent still shines through though, I felt bad not being able to shoot those bits.

Thanks again for the critique, the next short I'm planning is already in pre-production, and this time I'm getting actual other people which is exciting. Do you think you could take a look at the script and tell me what I could clean up here?
