Can't believe I've never thought of this. Thank you user. You are a life saver.

Only acceptable answer

Almonds, but right now I’m not snacking. I’m withholding snacking for after I’ve cut the first 15lbs.

Fat free Greek yogurt, sometimes with a shot of that nutrasweet drink flavorant shit if I'm really feeling luxurious.

The supermarket has recently started selling vegan jerky, and it kills me to admit it, but it's fucking delicious.

Regular or activated?

Don't snack you fucking idiot, especially when cutting. That's how you fuck up your metabolism and insulin sensitivity.
>eat snack
>insulin releases
>defecit because cut
>body wants to compensate for deficit by using stored fat
>can't access fat stores because elevated insulin
>body instead slows metabolism
>lose muscle
>keep fat
>insulin resistance gradually increases from constantly elevated insulin from snacking
Imagine, being such a fucking idiot you actually think snacking is how you should cut.

t. retarded OMAD zealot

I normally eat two meals a day and I don't really have time to eat another so I have to snack to fill the rest of my calories and protein up

what part of calories in, calories out do you not understand you fucking brainlet? that greentext is the most low iq shit i've read in a while.
fit really has turned into a cesspool of pseudoscience, or maybe i'm just noticing it now.

Underrated

I'm not an OMAD zealot. If you have an issue with my claims then provide an argument or fuck off.

Activated almonds.

Semen, I've always got it ready, just need a second in the bathroom and a solid internet connection. It's also 100% calorie neutral.

Homemade jerky so I can control the sugar content of the marinade

Your metabolism is part of CICO you dumb fuck and not one thing I said is untrue. Your body cannot access fat stores while your insulin is elevated this is fact. This is why your metabolism gradually slows on a prolonged deficit, especially with constant snacking. Eating 1-3 meals a day in no more than an 8 hour window minimizes this by giving your body time to burn fat while insulin is at baseline, which your body can not and will not do right after eating while insulin is elevated. Don't act like you know what you're talking about if you don't even know the very basics of how insulin works.

of course you're a zoomer...nigguh

Pork rinds dipped in nonfat greek yogurt

Don't know why I love it, but it's so Goddamn delicious.

Activated with a side of alkalized water

This ham right here. 19g protein and 98 kcal/100g, plus it actually is flavorful so you're not just stuffing yourself.

Not for people who watch their sodium intake though.
