Is going to the gym enough? I've never seen any antisocial meat statues so it's gotta work right?

I lost 20kg in the last 4 months, another 20kg and I'm normal weight, I wasn't normal weight since I was 8. I'm starting to look more human again.

I have been going down.

But I am more socially outgoing. The price is really high tho.

Spending more time on learning how to draw, at least 1 hour each day 5 days a week
Coding more
Using my free time to actually do things I enjoy instead of staring at the screen with a blank stare for hours and not even having fun.
Going out more outside.

Picked up swimming again but other than that not much.

I've been lifting some 10-20 pound weights to start developing my muscles in mid december.
I started with just a couple, but now I'm routinely first doing 10 then 12 then 15 pushups a day. About 47 each day, maybe a little more if I feel strong.

My triceps are no longer flabby, and my shoulders are noticeably better defined. I'm using myfitnesspal to count calories and I'm down 2.5 pounds since new years.

I've been a highly functioning alcoholic for the past 3 years and I'm tapering off. I keep pushing people away because I turn unironically bipolar when I drink.

Haven't fapped in 2 days going on 3. I've been fapping almost every day for the past 4 years and I'm seriously scared it's ruined my fertility.

Same boat here kinda, user. I started doing lots of really trashy things last year, but the normgroids had accepted me into their ranks.

After a year of doing it, I've gotta say it's a shit life and 100% not worth it.

I've been observing what's considered acceptable to improve upon according to normalfags and have been mimicking that behavior/lifestyle.

I can lose 2 pounds taking a dump... That is literally nothing. If I eat right I could lose 10 pounds in 5 days. I work in crazy conditions.

I started reading again after 2 years without. (Im on my third book rn)
I found a cure to my depression. Works super well for me. It works even against r9k depression curses.
I have still yet to go hit the gym, but it is coming soon.
I recently finished driving school, am gonna take my temporary driver license soon enough.
Im studying for uni. It is hard but getting somewhere.
Only problem is my social life, I still fail to appreciate others normies company.

I started wearing contact lenses instead of glasses. I stopped because being overweight and having mental issues doesn't get fixed by wearing contact lenses.
