You, as a native English speaker, you can usually tell what written spurdo english says, right? Spurdo english comes from so called "rally english" our racing car pilots speak during interviews. As they are great drivers, the most of them have been inversely bad in English to a point it really became a big joke up here. That created the spurdo english even Jow Forums occasionally uses.
tl;dr, pronunciation is the hard part. The rest of it is just studies and practice.
