First, let's address why the standard three powerlifts are meme tier advice for faggot normies.
Bench: No thanks, nigger. I'd rather not completely fuck my shoulders. What most people fail to realize is the flat bench is already putting your shoulders into a stress position at the bottom of the stretch, no matter how good your form is or how light the weight is. Fuck it.
Deadlift: Decent lift for overall body strength but not going to do much for aesthetics since it creates a thick, blocky core and huge traps which is gymcel mode. See ManletDestiny for example.
Squats: Great exercise if you are a manlet with manlet proportions. Not good for full sized humans who are going to have way more pressure on their back and way more sheering tension on their knees due to having longer levers. Also, whatever weight you think you have on your spine is wrong; double it, since the floor is exerting that much force from the opposite direction. No wonder Ronnie Coleman can't even walk anymore. The squat is extremely damaging to your knees, hips and back. It's also a great way to tear a quad.
So what the fuck does that leave? Dips, pull ups and leg press. And I'm not even talking about adding a lot of weight to the dips or pull ups, which will just fuck your shoulders. Add some weight but only if you can control the motion perfectly with little momentum and a full range of motion.

For squat I would do strength + volume back squats since they work glutes and hammies then replace RDL with hanging leg raises. For bench I would leave it the same except replace pull downs with weighted pull ups. Deadlift you don't even need the 3rd exercise but I would probably make it some form of farmers carry or more hanging leg raises. For OHP I would make the volume sets OHP as well. yes 3 ohp to 1 bench because its more important, and also make the pulldowns pullups because why not.
