tattoos will always start to look get that grey/brownish tone that you can't see well the art so it looks like a stain (the red ones are the worst because they start to look like a scar), the one in the pic looks blue because it's not a real tattoo. Also I don't see the point in permanently sticking an image on your body, all it does is make you look dirty, it's like having a really expensive car and putting a sticker on it. If you like an image, put it on a frame on your wall not your fucking arms
