When you're bored, go for a walk. Spend time in nature. Bad habits always stem from boredom. Also stop buying unhealthy stuff. Drink lots of water.

Fish is good, but avoid all green vegetables as they're indigestible and mainly fiber so they make you fart. Eggs are fine, never heard of anyone having 12.

Try fasting for a whole day and ask yourself if you're seriously willing to do what it takes to stop binge eating and actually lose weight.
During the fast you can learn about meal planning, tdee, etc.
If you make it 24 hours then congrats you have the discipline.

I did 24 hours multiple times. Sometimes even up to 62 hours dry fasting and i break it fine.
the problem is when the weekend comes and i have nothing to do.
That's when i end up binging. It's a destructive habit that I've been trying to get rid of for months now. When i have someone over for the weekend i tend to control myself and not binge.
But when i'm all alone with nothing to do, the worst happens.

Getting a roommate helped me. Can't wank with another dude in the room and this one NEVER EVER FUCKING LEAVES.

Do what you can to stay occupied like getting into a hobby or studying any subject, meditation might be a good idea as well so you can learn to sit still and just be without gravitating toward those negative behaviors or thoughts.
Also give yourself the benefit of the doubt dude, the discipline is definitely in you cause you've fasted before but you're being really hard on yourself, that might even be why you're binge eating. Try spending some time thinking on it, figure out why you do it, what is it about being alone that triggers it, what else could trigger it, if you can get to the root of it you'll be able to stop it easily.

Today's basically my rest day and I haven't had a cheat day in a bit so I got a chipotle burrito, but still ultimately went about 6 miles on my bike with lots of hills.

I eat around 1200 low carb for the week and then have a controlled cheat day once a week where I eat whatever the fuck I was craving for up to 500 above maintenance. Works really well so far. Will probably move it to once every 2 weeks eventually since by eating clean and low carb most of the time I actually get a lot less cravings now, and I'll need to lower the average intake once I'm leaner.
