Best time to lift?

For my gym it's 2:30pm
>quality gym thots to mire
>not too busy
>between lunch and dinner
>fully waken up by then
Went at 9:00am the other day because of work schedule and holy fuck
>no gym thots
>100's of people fucking around in the cardio section
>free weights section was packed
I also wasn't used to lifting that early and felt like I had a shitty workout

I like 3:00 or 3:30 PM, maximum amount of gym thots wearing tight yoga pants doing barbell glute bridges.
One day I made the mistake of arriving at 5:30 PM. Every single space in the parking lot and nearby parking ramp was full.

Anytime after the sun goes down.

I go at 2 pm or like 9 pm depending on how busy my afternoon is with work

it lets me dodge most people for peak times and the girls tend to be hot at 2 so i prefer that

12:00am-2:00am

>roll up later than usual at 7:30pm one day - gym bro was being a fuckhead so we went late
>usually the parking lot is 1/4 full
>today it's completely full, had to park by the back fence
>zoomba class in the baskeball gym, crazy fucking bike class in the bike room
>both have loud music that their instructors are yelling over
>non of the familiar faces I usually see are there
>all bench presses including the decline is being used
>all squat and power racks are being used
>5lb - 30lb dumbbells are all being used

How do people deal with this regularly??

I go at 7am every weekday. Makes me feel awake all day, and forces me into a sleep routine

>>both have loud music that their instructors are yelling over
I don't understand why normies would rather attend a class like that than just pick up some dumbbells. People who attend those classes secretly enjoy being yelled at and told what to do, they want to be dominated by some fitness instructor with a microphone.

I'm going to need some explanation as to why the Y2K Digimon is leering over a loli, here.

i wonder what kind of jobs the people that come in before 5pm are working.

I graduated last year and have been working a 9 to 6 for past year. I'm starting to believe that all jobs are 9-5/6 even though i know that's not true.

Not everyone is a wageslave retard

there have been days where I come in around 2-3pm and most of the people training at that time are either retired folk, high schoolers (if summer), or guys that look like they;ve been collecting neetbux their entire life.

do you not feel a bit groggy? or do you just crush some pre workout/caffeine and go

>tfw student

I guess thats why i see so many gym thots they all get off class and then head to the gym

do you people even have jobs?

On weekends 8am when they open
On weekdays 9am-2pm or after 7pm

Military so if you go at 5am on a weekday prepare to get rekt

Not him but my hands dont even feel "awake" til like 8am, idk how he does it.

Got CPT tho lol

I own my business so I can go anytime I don't explicitly have to do work at that moment.

630 am. i go to a college gym and it’s generally pretty empty around that time

4:30
The same guys every time. Only hours I can actually get into a squat rack, by 6am the less savoury females that actually lift come in and hog them

Whats your routine
?

There's a sizeable market of people doing odd jobs that don't fit the 9-5 schedule. You have the self employed, entrepreneurial types, online-based income earners, and specialized jobs that are preferential to perform during non-daytime hours. There's also some people who simply get by on a part-time job or are wealthy enough to choose their own hours of work.
